Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and rbaja ("the Platform"). They govern all use of the rbaja website, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game play and any other services provided through the platform. By accessing rbaja or creating an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

To register and use rbaja, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made by automated systems, bots or on behalf of third parties are prohibited. You must be the beneficial owner of the payment methods used to fund your account.
• You must not already hold an active rbaja account. Only one account per player is permitted. If you have forgotten your login details for an existing account, use the account recovery process. Opening a second account may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth and mobile number. Submitting false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
• You must not be accessing rbaja from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing rbaja is lawful in your location. rbaja accepts no liability for any breach of local laws by players who access the platform from restricted locations.

Account Registration and Verification

When you register an account with rbaja, you are required to provide accurate personal information and to keep that information current at all times. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts on the platform:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless stated otherwise. rbaja reserves the right to verify player eligibility before crediting any bonus and to withhold or reverse a bonus if eligibility criteria are not met, including the one-account-per-player rule.
• Free spin bonuses are valid only for the specific game or games named in the promotion. Free spins have no cash value and any winnings generated are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion before they can be withdrawn.
• rbaja reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided this does not adversely affect bonuses already validly claimed and in the process of being wagered. Any suspected abuse of bonus offers — including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in all associated bonuses being voided.
• Welcome bonuses are available to newly registered players on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit is the first real-money deposit made to an rbaja account following successful registration. Deposits made using certain payment methods may be excluded from welcome bonus eligibility — check the specific promotion terms for full details.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on rbaja are operated using certified RNG technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by professional dealers in licensed studio environments. The following terms apply to all game play on the platform:

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with rbaja in a manner not intended by its design. This includes automated betting scripts, card-reading software in live casino games and any software that gives an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Opening or operating more than one rbaja account, or attempting to register a new account after a previous account has been suspended or permanently closed. If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact rbaja support to request a review rather than creating a new account.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including use of stolen payment credentials, unauthorised use of another person's bKash or Nagad account, or chargeback fraud. Suspected fraudulent deposit activity will be reported to the relevant payment processor and, where required by law, to the relevant authorities.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live casino or poker games, including sharing hole card information, coordinating bets to disadvantage other players or the house, or any form of coordinated play that distorts the normal outcome of a game.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug or system vulnerability on rbaja for financial gain. Winnings generated by exploiting a technical fault are not considered legitimate and will be reversed. Players who discover a technical fault are encouraged to report it to rbaja support promptly.

Account Suspension and Termination

rbaja reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if rbaja reasonably determines that the player has breached these Terms, that the account has been used for fraudulent purposes, that account security has been compromised, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players. In the event of permanent closure for cause, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money funds not identified as derived from fraudulent activity will be returned to the player via their verified payment method after completion of any applicable investigation.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting rbaja support via the email address in the site footer. A voluntary closure request will be processed within three business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's verified payment method. Players who close their accounts voluntarily and later wish to reopen them may contact support to request reinstatement, subject to re-verification of identity.

Responsible Gaming

rbaja is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to set deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion periods. These tools are available in the account settings area and can be activated at any time. rbaja encourages all players to use these tools to manage their gaming activity. If you feel that gaming is becoming a problem — if you are spending more money or time than you intend, chasing losses, or if gaming is negatively affecting your work, relationships or finances — please activate the self-exclusion tool in your account settings or contact rbaja support. The 21+ minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. rbaja does not permit any player under 21 to register or use the platform and reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbaja's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their rbaja account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. rbaja is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from a player's use of the platform, including loss of anticipated profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data.

rbaja does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical outages may occur. rbaja will make reasonable efforts to minimise service disruption and notify players of planned maintenance in advance where possible. rbaja is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, including the inability to place or settle a bet during a live sporting event.

Changes to These Terms

rbaja reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rbaja will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where required, rbaja will notify players of significant changes via the email address or mobile number registered to their account. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of rbaja after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must stop using rbaja immediately and may request account closure by contacting support. Your continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms signifies your full and unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms.
